Admission Process
Step 1 – Enquire or Submit the Application
Begin your journey with Ekya Early Years by exploring our website and learning about our pedagogy and unique inquiry based learning which nurtures the inquisitive minds of children and help them explore and learn about the world themselves. You can fill up the application form via the button given below or via the invitation email to start your application which will be shared when you fill up the enquiry form.
Step 2 – Visit our Campus
We invite you to visit our campus to experience firsthand the dynamic learning environment at Ekya Early Years. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to experience our Montessori environments and our unique Atelier space, meet our dedicated educators, and witness our innovative teaching methodologies in action.
Step 3 – Submit your Application
Once you’ve explored Ekya Early Years and are ready to apply, submit your application through our online portal. You can also proceed to fill up the application form via the invitation email to start your application which will be shared once you have filled up the enquiry form. We encourage you to provide all required documents and information accurately to facilitate a prompt review process.
- 5 passport-size photographs
- Student birth certificate
- Academic record for last two years (For Montessori Senior / K2)
- Caste certificate (as mandated by the Government)
- ID proof of both the parents and student (Aadhar / Passport)
Step 4 – Assessment and Interaction
As part of our admission approach, we assess each applicant’s readiness to thrive in our academic and co-curricular programs. This involves personal interactions with the parents/guardian and discussions to understand your child’s interests, aspirations. In this step, the eligibility criteria are assessed and relevant feedback is given to the parents.
