Admission Process
Step 1 – Enquire or Submit the Application
Begin your journey with Ekya Early Years by exploring our website and learning about our pedagogy and unique inquiry based learning which nurtures the inquisitive minds of children and help them explore and learn about the world themselves. You can fill up the application form via the button given below or via the invitation email to start your application which will be shared when you fill up the enquiry form.
Step 2 – Visit our Campus
We invite you to visit our campus to experience firsthand the dynamic learning environment at Ekya Early Years. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to experience our Montessori environments and our unique Atelier space, meet our dedicated educators, and witness our innovative teaching methodologies in action.
Step 3 – Submit your Application
Once you’ve explored Ekya Early Years and are ready to apply, submit your application through our online portal. You can also proceed to fill up the application form via the invitation email to start your application which will be shared once you have filled up the enquiry form. We encourage you to provide all required documents and information accurately to facilitate a prompt review process.
- 5 passport-size photographs
- Student birth certificate
- Academic record for last two years (For Montessori Senior / K2)
- Caste certificate (as mandated by the Government)
- ID proof of both the parents and student (Aadhar / Passport)
Step 4 – Assessment and Interaction
As part of our admission approach, we assess each applicant’s readiness to thrive in our academic and co-curricular programs. This involves personal interactions with the parents/guardian and discussions to understand your child’s interests, aspirations. In this step, the eligibility criteria are assessed and relevant feedback is given to the parents.
Step 5 – Admission Decision
Following the assessment phase, we carefully review each application to determine the best fit for both the student and Ekya Early Years. Our goal is to create a diverse and inclusive community of learners who are motivated to explore, think, and become critical thinkers and changemakers.
Step 6 – Enrolment and Orientation
Upon acceptance, our team will send an email to the parents/guardian regarding acceptance of the child/ward into Ekya Early Years. Parents will need to confirm acceptance and pay the required fee within the stipulated time. Our team will guide you through the final steps to complete the admission process, including enrollment formalities and information regarding orientation sessions to acquaint you and your child with our school community, policies, and resources.

Nutritious Meals for Ekya Early Years
At Ekya Early Years, we’re dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that supports the overall development of our young learners. Our Montessori and Kindergarten programs cater to children aged 2.5-6 years, and we recognise the importance of healthy eating habits in fueling their growth, energy, and cognitive development. A balanced diet rich in essential nutrients is vital for supporting their physical, emotional, and academic well-being. Our carefully crafted menu is designed to provide wholesome and nutritious meals that support the unique needs of our students, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
Transport
We provide transport for Montessori Juniors and Seniors with full-day classes. For Montessori Sub Juniors and Kindergarten students, parents/guardians are expected to pick up and drop off their child. Transport facilities are optional. Please check with respective campuses for availability.

- Montessori Beginners & Sub Juniors – 8:05 am to 12:30 pm (Flexible reporting time between 8:05 am – 9:15 am)
- Kindergarten 1 & 2 – 8:05 am to 12:30 pm
- Montessori Junior & Senior – 8:05 am to 3:00 pm
