Learning Areas
Practical Life Skills
Children continue to develop practical life skills through more complex activities such as food preparation, gardening, and care of the environment. They learn to use tools safely and effectively and engage in activities that promote independence and responsibility.
Sensorial Exploration
Children explore more advanced sensorial materials, such as the binomial cube and trinomial cube, to further refine their perceptual skills. They engage in activities that promote visual, auditory, tactile, and olfactory discrimination.
The Arts
The Visual and Performing Arts programs inspire creativity and self-expression in our children. Through hands-on activities in music, dance, drama, and visual arts, children develop motor skills, confidence, and communication abilities, fostering a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
Literacy and Language
Children engage in more advanced language activities, such as reading and writing short stories and reports, and exploring more complex grammar concepts. They participate in group discussions, storytelling, and creative writing activities.
Numeracy and Mathematics
Children explore advanced mathematical concepts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, through hands-on materials like the golden beads and the stamp game. They engage in activities that promote problem-solving and logical thinking.
Quest Program
The Quest Program is our in-house inquiry program that allows children to explore topics in science and social science in depth. Children engage in hands-on activities, experiments, and research projects to investigate topics that interest them. They engage in short projects, experiments, and field trips to deepen their understanding of the world around them. They develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a love for learning through the Quest Program.
Continuous Assessment
The Senior Program focuses on reinforcing foundational skills, introducing more advanced concepts, and fostering independence and self-confidence. Children engage in a variety of activities that promote practical life skills, sensorial exploration, language development, mathematics, and the Quest Program.
